Joseph Lerner of Legacy Realty Network helped me sell my home in San Carlos during July 2017. My two sons and I could not have done it without him. We were overwhelmed with ALL of it. It was during this time, a friend recommended Joseph. During our first meeting he immediately proved that he knew the San Diego market and especially the San Carlos market. He gave me an expected list price right away. He guided me on what work should be done for the best return and lined up a contractor, landscaper and a plumber within days. Joseph worked with the contractors, negotiating price, scheduling and inspecting the work performed. This was a huge weight lifted and enabled us to focus on packing up and moving to Texas. Joseph was in contact with me daily, stopping by at least every other day to check on the progress of the house. Once we were comfortable with the state of the house, he started marketing and reaching out to his many contacts prior to the actually “list” date. Once listed, he held a hugely successful 2-day Open House which resulted in an amazing offer that we accepted. I cannot suggest strongly enough for you to take the time to meet Joseph and trust him for your next move! After my home had closed Joseph and I met to reflect on the process. He asked me if I had any constructive criticism for him. I honestly could not come up with anything. It was that good of an experience with a very difficult and emotional task. I’m in Texas now and I wish Joseph was here to help me buy a house!
