As first time home buyers using the VA loan, they were patient with our questions and learning curve, thorough in their explanations and follow-through on any topic, and constantly communicated. These gals hustle – we saw showings within 24 hours of identifying a listing we liked, in many cases. They conducted virtual (FaceTime) tours with us, recorded videos and photos, and guided us through the whole process smoothly Communication was excellent, referrals for lenders and home inspections were reliable, and they worked well with the listing agent to ensure our needs were met, even stepping in themselves when necessary. Would highly recommend this team, and if/when we move again, we’ll be calling Legacy!
