Stephanie Rivera is a Southern California native, former Navy wife, Broker Associate, and trusted real estate advisor with Legacy Realty Network. She serves buyers, sellers, military families, and investors throughout San Diego County and Southern Riverside County with a thoughtful blend of strategy, financial insight, and genuine care.

Stephanie holds an MBA with a specialization in Accounting and brings a strong financial background to every real estate conversation. Before real estate, she worked in the banking industry in customer service and lending, giving her a practical understanding of loans, financing, and the numbers behind major financial decisions. Over the past fifteen years, she has been active in the real estate industry as a Realtor®, coach, trainer, and CFO of a local Keller Williams brokerage.

As a certified Military Relocation Professional, Stephanie specializes in helping military families navigate PCS moves, VA loan strategy, relocation timelines, and long-term wealth planning through real estate. Her goal is to help clients look beyond the immediate transaction and understand how each decision fits into a larger financial plan.

Jennifer Lerner

Jennifer is a San Diego native who graduated from the University of Illinois with a degree in Elementary Education and spent six years teaching in Los Angeles before moving back home to San Diego with her husband Joseph in 2001. After taking time to raise their three boys, she carried that same passion for teaching and supporting others into the real estate industry.

For the past 12 years, Jennifer has focused on client care, transaction coordination, and agent training. Her background in education shows up in the way she works with clients. She breaks down the process clearly, answers questions with patience, and makes sure every client feels informed and confident at each step.

Jennifer is deeply connected to the San Diego community through Feeding America, volunteering at her children’s schools, and weekly community meetups. Her clients know her for one thing above all: the ability to walk them through the entire real estate process in a way that gives them real confidence and ownership over their decisions.

Jason Rivera

Jason spent years serving aboard Navy submarines, and that experience shaped how he works today. As both a licensed real estate agent and Mortgage Loan Originator serving San Diego County and Southern Riverside County, he helps clients see the full picture, from finding the right home to understanding the financing behind it, so nothing falls through the cracks between the two sides of the deal.

He works closely with active duty service members, veterans, and military families on PCS relocations, VA loan entitlement, and long-term real estate planning in Southern California. As a Senior Member of Vetted VA, Jason is part of a verified network of real estate professionals trusted by the military community to deliver qualified, experienced support.

Whether he is helping a first-time buyer understand their VA loan entitlement, walking a military family through a fast relocation, or advising a homeowner on when to sell, rent, or hold, Jason leads with education and straight talk.

Joseph Lerner

Joseph is a San Diego native and UCSD graduate with a natural ability to connect with people and build lasting relationships. That strength has shaped a career spanning all sides of real estate, from helping first-time buyers find their footing to guiding the sale of generational properties like the historic Hanson House on Coronado Island.

Joseph has helped experienced investors build and develop their portfolios, and he is passionate about educating the broader community on the different ways real estate can be used to build wealth. Earlier in his career, Joseph was awarded a Keller Williams Realty franchise, and together with his team helped thousands of families find home. That experience gave him a deep understanding of what it takes to build something bigger than a single transaction.

Joseph stays active in the San Diego community through Friends of Del Cerro, Feeding America, and the San Diego Association of Realtors, where he has served on the Housing Committee and International Committee. He also holds a Military Relocation Professional certification, adding to the team’s ability to serve military families throughout the region. Outside of work, Joe prioritizes time with family, traveling, and hitting the local mountain bike and running trails.
