Discovering Jason Rivera through ADPI (Active Duty Passive Income) has been the best thing to happen to me during the home-buying process. His deep understanding of the military community and, in particular, the nuances of VA loans, assumption of loans, and related matters, has not only impressed me but has also been a game-changer in simplifying what can be a stressful experience.

They are hands down the best there is. They knew what I was looking for better then me, they were always readily available if I had any questions and would definitely use them again.

We’ve had the good fortune to have Joe, Jennifer, Stephanie and their team help us out on several real estate deals over the past several years.  5 star service, no doubt about it.  It might sound cliche, but it’s true, they go the extra mile for their clients.  They are honest, knowledgeable, efficient, always available and worked tirelessly on our behalf.

I was told about this group before my families big move to California. We needed a team that would be willing to bend over backwards for us and have the knowledge to pave the way to our next home. My family and I were hesitant to accept anything less than perfect, mainly due to the fact we weren’t going to be able to physically see the house before we actually moved in. That is a frightening thought, to put the future of your family in the hands of people you haven’t met before. Both my wife and I are military, we don’t get a lot of time and freedom to be completely focused on our move. Whenever we liked a house in an area we wanted, we would alert the team and they would drop everything and if not same day, the very next day we would have multiple videos depicted of the house sent to us. Seeing them was almost like we were basically there walking through the house. Of course they would let us know what we were looking at while the video was playing, therefore being more helpful. Our expectations were met and exceeded when we meet the legacy team. They made our transition feel seamless and took out the added stress house hunting adds to a family. With every obstacle in the way they were there with an immediate solution and or answer. They always knew somebody we could turn to, to fix, inspect, and help us advance to the next step in the process. We are extremely grateful for them. We are now living in our new wonderful home, and if we had to do it again, we would definitely choose the Legacy team to buy a house out here in California.

Steph and Jen were so great to work with. We were out of state home buyers PC-sing from WA to CA. As first time home buyers using the VA loan, they were patient with our questions and learning curve, thorough in their explanations and follow-through on any topic, and constantly communicated. These gals hustle – we saw showings within 24 hours of identifying a listing we liked, in many cases. They conducted virtual (FaceTime) tours with us, recorded videos and photos, and guided us through the whole process smoothly. Communication was excellent, referrals for lenders and home inspections were reliable, and they worked well with the listing agent to ensure our needs were met, even stepping in themselves when necessary. Would highly recommend this team, and if/when we move again, we’ll be calling Legacy!

The team over at Legacy Realty Network was the perfect team for us, they  provided us with the knowledge and experience required to buy a home but packaged it in such a fun and entertaining way. They  made the home buying process surprisingly easy, it was our first time buying a home so the process seemed so daunting but they were reassuring during the entire process and were always available to answer questions.  We knew that they had our best interest in mind.   And they made sure we never felt uncomfortable or unheard.  We now own our first home and we have them to thank for that!  We will always be forever grateful to their team and we plan on using them again for any of our other realty decisions in Southern California.

Stephanie and Jen were amazing. I can not say enough good things about them. I am in the Navy and we knew we were transferring to San Diego. We found this team online and they set up an interview and for 45-1 hour they just asked all about us got to know our family and what our needs were, all while we were in Rhode Island. They face-timed us and helped us find a home within our budget and did all the leg work while I focused on moving my family out here. We moved into our home one week after we got here We couldn’t have been happier. Loved this group and will definitely recommend to anyone looking to buy a home. oh and not to mentioned when we moved in and got to see our place the first time they gave us a care package specifically suited for us. I have had the pleasure of working with Stephanie Rivera and she is the best realtor I have ever worked with (I used to be a realtor and I know the good ones).  She is the most professional, genuine and caring of people.  At the end of 2020 on an impulse I decided to move to San Diego, thinking I would rent for a year and then consider buying. I saw an apartment I liked online, called Stephanie only to find the apartment had been rented. She asked me lots of questions and set up a search, sent me the link and within a few days I found an apartment, but it was not one she managed.  Due to COVID I was unable to tour the apartment and Stephanie volunteered and did a virtual with me. I took the apartment and Stephanie was not compensated in any way. She has called several times checking in and has given me the odd very helpful hint here and there too. I recently met with her to discuss my next ‘move’, staying here in SoCal or moving on to a new adventure. Through her wise, educated and vast knowledge of the country I had great help and guidance in choosing what’s next.  Stephanie is a true professional who truly cares about the people she works with, a rare and wonderful person.  She goes the all extra miles.  I am grateful to her and for her.

The Legacy Real Estate team was super helpful with us buying our first home. They took our goals and gave us property matching our criteria then went to work closing the deal. They worked around our work schedules and were available in the evenings and after hours to call. Even after closing they stayed helpful with any questions we had. Good people, great friends, and highly professional service.
